Curing Ovens are high temperature ovens typically used for curing Powder Coated finishes, typically around 180°C – 200°C.
Drying Ovens are lower temperature ovens or Drying Rooms used to dry product after painting or after cleaning processes such as after pre-treatment. These can be as low 40°C up to 150°C. They typically heat recirculating air using a gas burner or electrical element. A small bleed of air is taken from the oven to maintain pressure and help remove any gases released from the heating process. Pressure Relief is built into each oven to prevent explosion. All ovens have RW5 insulated walls and roof panels with thermal breaks designed to help keep the outside of the oven cool.
